Monda is a small traditional village situated on the A355 between Marbella and Coin on the Costa del Sol. It offers tourists and Spanish property owners a tranquil, laid-back atmosphere in which they can relax, while being conveniently situated only 15-minutes away from the bright lights of Marbella and the beautiful sandy beaches of Southern Spain.
At a height of 1,200ft above sea level, Monda yields some spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. Monda is a town essentially untouched by tourism. The locals go about their daily business, and farmers can still be seen around the town with their donkey and cart. Within the town there are 15 restaurants and bars, all serving a range of Spanish dishes. Many use local produce, while some offer a range of international cuisine.
