San Sebastian (Donostia-San Sebastian) is a thriving city in the Basque Country on the North Coast of Spain. Located just a few kilometres from the French Border, it is within an hour's drive of Biarritz, and is popular with both tourists and people looking to buy Spanish property on the most sheltered part of the Bay of Biscay coastline.
