Torrenostra is a small fishing village that is currently undergoing extensive re-development to create a residential zone in the Torreblanca area of the Costa del Azahar, Eastern Spain. Seen as an extension or suburb of Torreblanca, Torrenostra offers luxury Spanish property on tasteful property developments along the Torreblanca coastline and unspoilt Torrenostra Beach.
The climate in Torrenostra is a huge draw for the many tourists and prospective purchasers who come to this area. The resort receives more than 300 days of sunshine each year and is always warm, even during the winter. It is also one of the least humid areas along the Eastern Coast, as air from the prevailing wind direction dries out over the immense Sistema Iberico mountain range due west of Torrenostra before reaching the resort.
Nearby, Torrenostra's 'urban area' is the quiet Mediterranean town of Torreblanca. Here, visitors can find an array of traditional restaurants, cafes and bars as well as historical buildings dating back several centuries. In Torrenostra itself there are many fine restaurants and bars offering a taste of traditional Spain.
Torrenostra is a prestigious area of the Costa del Azahar in which to own Spanish property. Developments are beautifully designed, and incorporate wide-open spaces and landscaped grounds. Most Torrenostra property developments have open views of the sea and are finished off with exquisite interior décor. Low-rise apartments and small townhouse complexes account for most of the Torrenostra property available here, while further down the coast towards Cabanes there are yet more exclusive developments where you could find that dream villa in Spain.
